KLAS

Concord Public School provides instruction in all six Key Learning Areas (KLAs) as required by the Education Reform Act, 1990. Each Key Learning Area syllabus is developed by The Board of Studies, NSW, and endorsed by the Department of Education and Training. The six Key Learning Areas are:

• English;
• Mathematics;
• Science and Technology;
• Human Society and its Environment (HSIE)
• Creative Arts  including Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Dance;
• Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PD. H. PE).
