SRC

The Student Representative Council is elected at the beginning of each school year.  Two students from each class, from Year 1 to 6, are elected by their class peers, as representatives for the year. 

Early in Term 1, the students make their pledge to the school and are presented with their badges at a K-6 assembly.

The SRC meet each Monday lunch time with Miss Jones.  We have office holders for chairperson and secretary.  They are responsible for running the meeting, writing and publishing the minutes.

At SRC meetings we discuss ways we can improve school life as well as organising fun events such as discos or fundraising activities.  The SRC are also responsible for the distribution of sporting equipment at recess time each day.
